Version 2.0 · Effective date: September 23, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, submitting a booking, or otherwise using the Ayusinko.ph website and booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Ayusinko.ph is one of the services offered by Counterpart Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative.
2. Service Description
Ayusinko.ph connects customers with independent home-repair and maintenance technicians through its Service. It facilitates service booking, quotations, payments, and customer-provider coordination.
Providers register and create profiles, with optional submission of credentials such as licenses, certifications, insurance, or accreditations for verification. Ayusinko.ph does not require SEC, DTI, BIR, or other government business-registration documents for Provider verification.
Ayusinko.ph does not perform repair or maintenance services. All services are performed by the independent Provider assigned to the booking.
3. Booking & Quotation Process
3.1 Booking Request. The Customer shall provide the required service details, service address, and preferred schedule. Submission of a booking request does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of the service or guarantee Provider availability.
3.2 Site Survey Fee. A ₱500.00 site survey fee is payable upon confirmation of the booking, unless otherwise stated in writing. The fee covers the Provider's site visit or initial assessment necessary to determine the nature and scope of the requested work. It does not constitute payment for the repair or maintenance service itself. The refund, forfeiture, and rescheduling rules are set out in Section 4.1.
3.3 Assessment and Quotation. Following the site survey or assessment, Ayusinko.ph shall issue a written quotation specifying the applicable service charges and, where applicable, materials, labor, and authorized materials markup. The quotation shall be subject to the Customer's express approval. Any material change in scope, specifications, or requested work may result in a revised quotation, which shall supersede the prior quotation upon the Customer's approval.
3.4 Customer Approval and Down Payment. No repair or maintenance work shall commence until the Customer has approved the applicable quotation and paid the required down payment stated therein. Approval of the quotation constitutes the Customer's authorization to proceed with the specified scope of work, subject to these Terms and any agreed service conditions.
3.5 Performance of Services. Upon confirmation of the required payment and assignment of a Provider, the approved work shall be scheduled and performed by the assigned independent Provider in accordance with the approved scope of work.
3.6 Completion and Final Payment. Upon substantial completion of the approved work, the Customer shall be given an opportunity to inspect the completed service. Unless a valid issue or discrepancy is promptly raised, the remaining balance shall become due in accordance with the applicable quotation. Customer acknowledgment or sign-off shall constitute confirmation of receipt and completion of the stated scope of work, without prejudice to any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Site survey / check-up fee (₱500.00)
- The ₱500.00 fee is collected before a site survey/check-up is performed.
- The fee may be forfeited (non-refundable) if the assigned Provider is unable to complete the site survey because: (a) you could not be reached to schedule it, (b) your address could not be located, or (c) no one was available on-site at the scheduled time. If your fee is forfeited, you may submit an appeal within 24 hours of the forfeiture; Ayusinko.ph will review and either reopen the fee for another attempt or deny the appeal.
- The fee may be refunded in full if the site survey could not be completed due to a failure on Ayusinko.ph's part (for example, no technician was dispatched). In that case, your booking is also cancelled.
- If the site survey simply has not happened yet for a reason unrelated to fault on either side, the fee is not forfeited or refunded — the survey is simply rescheduled.
4.2 Down payment
- A down payment is due once you approve your quotation, before work on your job begins. Ayusinko.ph will suggest a down payment amount of 50% of your quotation's total, but the amount actually collected and recorded may differ based on what was agreed with you at the time of collection.
- Down payment cancellation and refund. If your booking is cancelled after your down payment is confirmed:
- If materials for your job have not yet been purchased, your full down payment is refunded immediately upon cancellation.
- If materials for your job have already been purchased on your behalf, your booking is cancelled immediately, but your refund is processed once those materials have been delivered back to you (or otherwise accounted for). At that point, a company handling fee equal to 1% of your quotation's total amount is deducted from your down payment, and the remainder is refunded to you. This fee will never reduce your refund below ₱0.00.
- Once your down payment has been confirmed, cancellation of your booking is handled by Ayusinko.ph administration directly — please contact support to request a cancellation at that stage.
4.3 Materials markup
If you choose to have Ayusinko.ph or your assigned Provider source materials for your job (rather than supplying your own), a markup percentage is applied to the cost of those materials. This markup, and the resulting amount, will always be itemized and disclosed to you in your quotation before you are asked to approve it.
4.4 Remaining balance / final payment
- Your remaining balance is calculated as your quotation's total amount minus your confirmed down payment, and is never less than ₱0.00.
- The remaining balance is due once your job is marked completed — not before.
- If your remaining balance is not settled after your job is completed, Ayusinko.ph may follow up with you to arrange payment.
4.5 Payment channels
Payments and down payments may currently be made via GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or cash (paid at the Ayusinko.ph office, or confirmed by an administrator based on a payment proof you submit). Ayusinko.ph does not currently support card payments or other online payment gateways as a live, customer-facing option; if this changes, this document will be updated accordingly.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking yourself, free of charge, at any time before your ₱500.00 site survey fee has been confirmed paid, forfeited, or refunded.
Once your site survey fee has been paid, forfeited, or refunded, you may no longer cancel the booking yourself through the Service — please contact Ayusinko.ph support to request a cancellation.
Once your down payment has been confirmed, cancellation and any resulting refund are handled exclusively by Ayusinko.ph administration, following the down payment refund rules described in Section 4.2.
6. Warranty & Follow-Up ("Back-Job") Policy
- Completed jobs are covered by a warranty period, which begins on the date your job is marked completed.
- The standard warranty period is 1 month, except for Renovation & Construction category jobs, which carry a 3-month warranty.
- Ayusinko.ph may, at its discretion, set a different specific warranty length for your particular job, which will be disclosed to you at the time your job is completed and reflected on your Certificate of Completion (see Section 7).
- Filing a follow-up request. While your job is still within its warranty period, you may submit one follow-up ("back-job") request describing the issue. Your request is routed to the technician originally assigned to your job. You may have only one follow-up request pending at a time per booking. Ayusinko.ph or your assigned Provider will review your request and mark it resolved or, if it falls outside the scope of the original job or the warranty, explain why it was not accepted.
- Once your job's warranty period has ended, follow-up requests through the Service are no longer available for that job.
7. Completion Acknowledgment & Certificate of Completion
Once your job is marked completed, you will be asked to review and confirm that the work was completed to your satisfaction. Confirming requires you to type your full name and affirmatively certify that this constitutes your signature and acceptance of the completed work; you may also add optional remarks.
Upon confirming, Ayusinko.ph generates a Certificate of Completion — a PDF document recording the work performed, the completion date, your signature, and your applicable warranty period and expiry date — which you may download from your booking page.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your service address, contact details, and the nature of the job requested.
- Make yourself or an authorized representative reasonably available for scheduled site surveys and job visits.
- Review your quotation carefully before approving it.
- Pay all amounts due under these Terms in a timely manner.
- Submit any warranty follow-up request within the applicable warranty period described in Section 6.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayusinko.ph's liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you have actually paid to Ayusinko.ph for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
Ayusinko.ph is not, except as expressly stated in these Terms, a provider of insurance, warranty coverage beyond Section 6, or any form of damage, loss, or theft protection.
10. Privacy
Ayusinko.ph collects and processes personal information as necessary to provide the Service.
A separate Privacy Policy, describing what information is collected and how it is used, will be published separately on the Service.
11. Amendments
Ayusinko.ph may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Service with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
